A  Enter the Total qty of S-XL and add to cart 

B  Enter the Total qty of 2XL+ and add to cart.

Choose pick up or shipping. (Shipping fees will be charged.)  If you want to pick this up in person details are below. 

Conclude check out and pay. 

Once you pay, you will receive a confirmation. 

THEN -

Forward your confirmation email from The Sobriety Store to: Commemoratives@CrystalClearRecovery.org the following details:

1. Color of tee. (Black, White, Grey, Navy, Red, Olive)

2. Quantity Per Size. (Small, Med., Large, XL, 2XL, 3XL.)

3. Art work to be used.  All art files *must be* in .png format and be 300dpi. 

4  A Commemoratives committee member will contact you for where and when to pick up your order
